1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background.
I am a recent grad from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Advertising/Photojournalism. Currently, I work in web design/development in Austin.
I'm also a big nerd and play a lot of video games. That's initially how I got into Star Wars - I played several SW games in the past including Star Wars "Galaxies" and "Knights of the Old Republic". Hahaha!
2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had?
I've always liked dressing up for special occasions/themed parties/etc, but costuming is rather new to me. It wasn't until last year, after a couple of conventions, that I wanted to go all out - starting with Leia's bikini. :-D
3) What's your earliest memory of seeing Return of the Jedi?
Probably when I was in elementary school... it's been a while!
4) When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it?
This is my first metal bikini. It's one of the most beautifully designed costumes I've ever seen and I couldn't resist wearing it for Halloween.
5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia?
That's a work in progress... but it certainly has been an attention grabber during Halloween.
6) If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why?
If I really had to... probably something by Thievery Corporation.
7) Any final words?
