1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background.
I'm a little odd LOL, just like my friends. We are all female geeks and proud of it! I love to dress up (I'm sure you can guess that). I especially love any costumes with a strong amazon warrior like feel and also manga anime costumes. I do some gothic and fetish modeling and used to be a gymnast. I now study martial arts and also like dressing up in other costumes from female Jedi to Trinity from The Matrix.
2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had?
I guess I have been "costuming" since I was a little girl, always trying to dress up like a character from a movie I loved. I have been going to conventions and doing it for real since my friends got me into it, about five years now.
3) What's your earliest memory of seeing Return of the Jedi?
I saw it at a very early age and could remember having a crush on Luke (which is a little odd considering I dressed up as his sister!).
4) When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it?
I had always wanted one, but could never afford it. I managed to borrow one from a friend to wear at a convention and to have these pics taken.
5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia?
The faces on all the guests who were there from the Star Wars cast. I got some very cheeky remarks!!
6) If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why?
Hmmm.... some kind of music from Egypt so I could belly dance *laughs*
7) Any final words?
Um, Hmmm yep! I do really want my own bikini now! Gotta start saving....
