| 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background. I live in Florida and am a part of Ra Kura Base of the Rebel Legion, sister group of the 501st. Outside of costuming, I collect and love Star Wars. I also am a martial artist. I study Shotokan Karate and have my 4th belt. 2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had? I've been a costumer for over 3 years, mostly Princess Leia costumes for the Rebel Legion. I have attended a few conventions including SW Celebration III. Locally, I have marched in several city parades, done premiers and a children's hospital visit. This year I have participated with the Rebel Legion and Florida 501st on opening weekend of Disney's SW MGM Weekends. We marched in the daily parade thru MGM with Disney cast members and SW actors. 3) What's your earliest memory of seeing Return of the Jedi? On video and DVD, not sure when exactly. It's one of my favorites. Although, I do love them all afterall. ;-) 4) When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it? Actually I've made mine. This site and the yahoo group had helped me a bit. Thank you! I guess it just seems like a fun costume to do is what really drove me to it. 5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia? My slave outfit is too new really. I intended on wearing it to CIII and unfortunately I wasn't able to get to the slave shoot in time. I only wore it for a short time, but it was fun. I have to admit if you're shy, it's really NOT the outfit to be wearing. LOL! 6) If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why? Dance for that overgrown slimey slug?!! Ewww! Over my dead body! Okay, but let's say I had to, I guess I would pick "Hey Baby" by No Doubt. One of my fave groups and it's a great song. Although, the lyrics from Green Day's "Ha Ha, You're Dead" song is more appropriate: How do you get your sleep at night? How did you get your noose so tight? Like chewing on tinfoil, it's so much fun Gonna be dead before your gone Cause look how things have gotten And I'll be happy so I won't pretend And I'll be cheering that you're going down And I'll be laughing, I'll be laughing How many feelings can you steal?
