| 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background. I am a dance and yoga teacher. My hobbies are reading, especially Star Wars novels, crocheting, cross stitching, yoga when I'm able to take a class and, of course, watching Star Wars. 2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had? This was the first time as far as costuming goes. I just wore mine to a Halloween party, but everyone there really enjoyed it, especially the drunker they got. 3) What's your earliest memory of seeing Return of the Jedi? The first time I watched ROTJ was about 8 and watched it on our VCR. My mom had rented all three movies and from then on I was hooked. I watch any of the movies when they are on TV. When there is nothing on, I have Star Wars marathons. 4) When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it? This is my first bikini. I got it because I've always wanted one ever since I first saw ROTJ. I figured it was 30 years since it all started and this would be the perfect year to do it. Plus I'm moving out of the country this year and I can't wait to see how it goes over internationally. 5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia? Since I only have one, I guess it would be everybody telling me how much they loved the bikini, especially the men (go figure!), and that I looked good in it. 6) If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why? "Desert Rose" by Sting. I think it's pretty appropriate considering where he lived. Plus it's one of my favorite songs to dance to. 7) Any final words? I absolutely love my bikini.
