| 1) Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background. I spend most of my time at the beach either surfing or swimming and, when it's too cold for that, I watch movies, play video games, listen to music and work on costumes. 2) How long have you been costuming? What kinds of experiences have you had? I've been making costumes since 2003 for myself and my friends. My best experiences are the ones where I've got my friends around to goof off and pose with. 3) What's your earliest memory of seeing Return of the Jedi? I grew up with Star Wars, so I honestly couldn't say. 4) When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it? I decided that it was an amazing outfit that I've known and admired my whole life. So for Comic Con 2006, my first slave outfit was half bought and half made (and it has since been improved). 5) What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia? All the amazing people I met because of the costume make it more worthwhile than anything. 6) If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why? Maybe something by the Rolling Stones or J. Geils Band, it's hard to choose. 7) Any final words? Thanks to all the people who appreciate us slave girls, your support means the world! Thanks Sarah! |
