1)  Tell us a little bit about yourself, your hobbies and background.

I am 22 years old.  I graduated from Bowling Green State University in BG, Ohio when I was 20 with a BS in Medical Technology.

I am obsessed with Tigers and have thus had the nickname of Tiger for 7 years now.  Plus, my real name, Amanda, is a very common name and does not fit my personality very well.

2)  How long have you been costuming?  What kinds of experiences have you had?

I don't usually costume.  This is the first costume I've ever made.  I plan on making my future costumes, too, but I am just proud of this one right now.

3)  What's your earliest memory of seeing
Return of the Jedi?

My ealiest memory of seeing the movie was when I was very young.  I was laying on the floor with blankets when I was about 6 or 7, watching it on an old TV with all the lights off and my dad in the chair behind me.

4)  When did you get your first "metal bikini" and what drove you to it?

I made my first bikini when I was 19.  I was in school full time and was working about 30 hours a week, but in what few spare hours I had, I made it.  Then this year I remade the neckpiece and fixed the boots because my first set, the decoration fell apart.

5)  What is your favorite memory of appearing as Slave Leia?

I always love appearing.  Any female who wears this costume and denies that she does not like the attention that this costume will get them, is in denial.

6)  If you danced for Jabba the Hutt, what song would you dance to and why?

Anything that would make it possible to dance as far away from that stinky blob as possible.

7)  Any final words?

This costume has been fun.  I just hope that I can actually find something else to make for the Halloweens to come that can actually trump it.  Also, I would like to thank
Jamin and every other Star Wars fan out there for having supportive websites like this.

Thanks Tiger!
